Stabel End Sleeps 7
A spacious detatched three bedroom single storey cottage, with a flagstone slate floor. An arched entrance door leads into a corridor with the master bedroom of to the left. This contains a king-size double bed, a washbasin and fitted carpets. Off the corridor is a door leading to the bathroom which contains a bath, washbasin and airing cupboard. There is a separate toilet. The kitchen and dining areas lead to a fully carpeted living room with a feature stone fireplace with a fitted gas fire. At the end of the living room is another carpeted corridor leading to the other bedrooms. The first contains two single beds, and the other three single beds ( 2 of which can be made into a bunkbed set). All bedrooms have fully fitted carpets.

Shearers Sleeps 5
Slate flagstone floored kitchen with fitted carpets in living / dining area. Ground floor bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet and cloakroom separated from the living room, which has a fireplace for log fires. An open tread pine staircase leads upstairs to the master bedroom containing a double bed, and the second bedroom which has a single and a set of bunkbeds. The first floor has fitted carpets throughout.

Granary Sleeps 4
Again a slate flagstone floored kitchen/dining room area with a fully carpeted lounge section. Open plan pine staircase leading upstairs to the master bedroom which contains a double bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a compact bathroom with bath, washbasin and airing cupboard, and a separate toilet. It has fitted carpets throughout the first floor.

Waterwheel Sleeps 4
A large patio door leads to the spacious slate flagstone floored living/dining room with adjacent kitchen area. There is an open fireplace. A pine staircase leads to an open plain mezzanaine landing housing a double bed. The second bedroom contains two single beds (which can be made into bunkbeds) and has it's own entery door into the large bathroom, containing a bath, washbasin, toilet, airing cupboard and another door leading back into the master bedroom. The upstairs has fitted carpets throughout.

Woolclip Sleeps 4
Located on the first floor of the Farmhouse with it's own separate entrance up a stairway. It has a large sunny living room with a dining area and a separate kitchenette. There are two bedrooms, one with a king size double bed and the other with a single bed and a set of bunkbeds. The bathroom contains a bath, washbasin and toilet. The Flat has fitted carpets throughout.

Cart House Sleeps 5/6
Situated at the start of the second terrace of 5 double-storey cottages fronted by a lawned area. It has a large living room area with a central pine staircase separating the kitchen and dining areas. In the lounge is an open fireplace. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with three single beds (which can be made into bunkbeds). The bathroom has a bath, washbasin and airing cupboard. The toilet is separate. It has fitted carpets upstairs and rugs on a flagstone slate floor, downstairs.

Old Cottage Sleeps 6
The only 2 storey cottage in this terrace of 4, it has a kitchen area, and a separate living / dining room area. The bathroom contains a bath, washbasin, toilet and airing cupboard, and is situated on the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, accessed from a large landing area which has a sofa bed. The master bedroom has a double bed and there are 2 single beds in each of the other 2 bedrooms. Again fitted carpets throughout.

Calves Cottage Sleeps 4
Although not quite so spacious as our other cottages, it still has a cosy living room with kitchen and dining areas. There are 2 bedrooms, the master having a double bed and the other containing 2 single beds which can be converted to bunkbeds. Bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet and airing cupboard. Fitted carpets throughout.

The Brye Sleeps 5
The Byre : Has a comfortable living room with adjacent kitchen and dining area. There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a set of bunkbeds. There is a bathroom with a bath, washbasin, toilet and airing cupboard. It is fully carpeted throughout.

OLD DAIRY Sleeps 4
This single storey cottage has a comfortable central living room, with kitchen and dining areas. The 3 bedrooms have a double bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in each of the other bedrooms. The bathroom contains a bath, washbasin and toilet plus an airing cupboard. There are fitted carpets throughout.
